As print becomes less available and as image-sharing platforms have become increasingly hostile to adult content, we felt it was important to create an independent online space to preserve and celebrate these defunct magazines before they disappear forever. We believe in their artistry as well as their importance as historical documents of gay culture. We do not advocate all the opinions, uses of language or content of these works, however we feel it is valuable to show these magazines as they are as a means of reflecting on where we are today.
